Q. What do I have to do before the cleaning?
A. So that our time can be spent efficiently, we ask that you pick-up clothing, toys or other household items.

Q. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
A. That is each customer’s personal preference. If there is a specific cleaner or piece of equipment you would like us to use, please provide the cleaner or equipment and directions for use.

Q. Do I need to be home when Couture Cleaning comes?
A. No, most of our customers are not at home when we clean.

Q. What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning?
A. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will simply call you to reschedule. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning, we appreciate a 48 hour notice.

Q. What about cancelled appointments?
A. If an appointment is cancelled in 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be billed to you.

Q. How do I pay for Services?
A. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home made payable to ‘Maggie May’. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.
